In this episode I talk to Mark Leruste about his involvement with Movember.
Mark Leruste is the Movember country manager for France & Spain and an award-winning social entrepreneur, men’s health activist and author of “It’s Not You, It’s Me” who wholeheartedly believes everyone should pursue their wildest dreams.
This is what we cover:

- Achievements to date – numbers taking part and money raised.
- When and how it started (11 years ago in a bar in Austrailia).
- Spread and global reach of the campaign.
- Funding of research specifically in France, Spain and Switzerland and the work being done by Professor Arnauld Villers at the University of Lille, France.
- The importance of raising mens’ health issues and traditional reluctance to address this – and getting the right sort of treatment.
